Cross Pendant with Freshwater Pearls & 18K Gold

This cross pendant is carved in dense openwork filigree across all four arms, giving it a light, lace-like quality despite its solid form. A small cluster of 18k gold teardrop accents sits at the center, marking where the arms meet, while the rest of the surface is finished in fine scrollwork typical of hand-carved Balinese silverwork.

Each arm terminates in a rounded cap set with a single pearl, framed by a narrow rope-edge border. The pearls add a soft, luminous contrast to the darker, oxidized silver filigree surrounding them.

Made in 925 sterling silver with 18k gold accents, using traditional Balinese hand-fabrication techniques, the piercing, carving, and stone setting are all done entirely by hand. Each piece carries small natural variations from the handmade process.
